The Reserve is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping locations, grocery stores, and drug stores.  Just a few of the shopping options within a mile of The Reserve are the First Colony Mall and Sugar Land Town Square, as well as a Super Target and Home Depot.  First Colony Mall offers a multitude of shopping and dining venues as well as a 24-screen movie theater.

Got a hankering for fine-tuning your golf game or tennis skills?  Both the Quail Valley and the Sweetwater Country Clubs are located less than three miles from our community.  Quail Valley Country Club features two 18-hole courses, as well as a nine-hole executive course and practice range.  Sweetwater Country Club offers two championship 18-hole courses, a full driving range, tennis and athletic facilities, dining, and social activities.  Both are private clubs with membership privileges.  Just a little further is the Sienna Plantation Golf Club, offering a challenging 18-hole course winding its way through a forest of oaks, cedar elms, and other native trees.

Other nearby highlights in the area include the Sienna Plantation community and recreation centers, complete with a large water adventure park, terraced amphitheater with a state suspended over Water's Lake, fishing pier, lighted tennis courts, and a scenic overlook of the Brazos River with picnic area.  The master planned Riverstone Development, set to the theme of water, will have over 500 acres dedicated to open space, park lands, and over 20 miles of trails for hiking and cycling.
