This quote from Mayor Allen Owen at our groundbreaking ceremony says it all.  The Reserve is being built on Colonial Lakes Drive just off of Highway 6.  It is the first phase of development in Colonial Lakes Village, which will include condos, multi-family homes, a bank, and our new active senior living community.  The amenity-rich development within the Village will allow residents of The Reserve to take advantage of new restaurants, state-of-the-art fitness and wellness programs, and easy access to shopping in Missouri City and Sugar Land.

The Reserve will offer 222 apartments ranging in size from 775 to 1,356 square feet and is scheduled to open in Fall 2009.
